My awareness of the styles of learning has affected my perceptions of teaching and learning in a good way. By knowing the techniques and their strengths, I can choose an approach that I want to use to get the best out of the learning session (Chaudhry et al., 2020). Also, by knowing that people prefer different styles, I can use this information to adopt the best style when teaching according to my students preferred mode of learning. Moreover, knowing the techniques can enable me to revaluate my learning strategies and adopt a better model that will allow me to benefit the most from the learning session. Moreover, writing is also a strategy that can be used in the kinaesthetic style. This means that when these two styles are used together, it is possible to use writing as a strategy. Talks and discussions are other good strategies that are helpful in reading/writing learners. During these talks, ideas are exchanged, and if notes are taken, it is possible to remember the concepts more accessible. In addition discussing may feel like someone is reading an idea loudly to you. This means it is possible to remember easily.
